I've spent over 30 years helping people navigate change — thousands of professionals moved into new roles, more than 15 years coaching entrepreneurs and business owners through growth, across eight startups, including one that sold for $12.5 million. I started my own career at reception, and built my way to Vice President at a global talent management firm.
Three years ago, everything I knew about resilience got tested outside of work too — a sudden health diagnosis, and the decision to finally leave a marriage that had gradually become toxic. Starting over, completely, after 60.
